Our clients always find attending research sessions very engaging and illuminating. We designed our own viewing facility to conventiently carry out our research, featuring:
- A research room which can be arranged to suit a one-to-one interview or a workshop for ten people
- A viewing room for up to seven observers, with tables, whiteboard and refreshments fridge
- Besides direct observation through the one-way-mirror, there is a live audio and video feed from the testing room, including PC screen sharing. Different camera angles can be arranged
- Digital video recording of all sessions
- Free high-speed WiFi
When not in use by us, our facility is available for hire. It is ideal for focus groups, workshops, usability studies, interviews or meetings. We are conventiently located in Hammersmith, West London, 5 minutes walk from Ravenscourt Park tube station on the District Line.
Our rates are simple and competitve (download the PDF here). Stationery, quality catering and a facilitation service to meet and greet arrivals are available, at extra cost.
